Firstly let me say something about the security that work Stade de Mariner and their efforts on game days (that dont involve those knobs from the Squadron)...
They are suffering from skills misplacement, by that I mean they take the easy options...They are forever in Bay 16 razzing guys about having no shirts, and wasting the beer purchased... in the scheme of things..BIG DEAL...they harang people for putting their feets on the back of the seats in front of 'em...AND YET.... a bunch of twats singing, at the top of their lungs, about screwing all week and getting blow jobs doesnt rate a look in, hell, there were even coppers standing there letting them get away with it.....We had one of our regular "Ancient Mariners of Bay 17" bring his 11 year old daughter, I doubt she needed to hear that crap...I'm all for singing at football game and having a good time...but bloody hell, "blowjobs" ....this will probably paint me a square and i' ll probably get "well why dont you move?"..WELL, I got the right to sit in a seat (that I've been in for about 3 years) and not have to hear that kinda garbage as well ...DONT I ?.

Stade de Mariner welcomed back Tommy Rogic and Matty Ryan from National team duties, BUT...Matty was sporting a haircut that would not look out of place at some of our finer penal facility's or even Broadmeadow, what were you thinking son?....

At a rough guess we had about 75% of the ball in the first half and thoroughly dominated (apart from one tiny spell when they should have got one back)...I think its fair to say that our finishing sometimes is a bit "how's your father", I think if we improved our targeting the score we got against The Smurfs would be a regular occurence.....
The Heart were confounded by Tommy's movement ( as is most of the league) and thus dealt with him the only way they could ..TRIPPING.....speaking of fouls, the ref took his sweet time doling out the yellows, I think Tommy got dropped two or three times before the ref went for his pocket....bad form old chap, bad form.
We probably didn't hit top gear tonight and were still too good for the Mexicans and they looked out of their depth.

Ryan. 8... Very good, would of got a 9 except for that god awful haircut
Pedj. 8....He had a shocker in the first 20 mins as his touch and control was all over the place..he done the Hearts a favor and tackled himself more often than they did.
Rosey 8.... another spot on game
Dutchy 8.... Stroll in the park for the big man and was shooting 40 mtr Beckham's all afternoon.
Tesco 8.... I think he has surpassed Wilko.....and that's a big wrap.
Bernie 6.... Back to the yoof son...your welcome has been worn out
Hutcho 7. Better than in recent games, sadly he didn't even think about a dig from the edge of the box when he was virtually open
Monty 7.9.... diamond, bit quiet, but solid
WeeMac 7.5. Made the crowd dizzy in the first half....went invisible in the second.
Rogic 8.5. Looked quality tonight.
McBreen 7.5.... One sizzling shot and his had better nights.
SO...there you go, an ongoing occurence of greatness reported....
