A draw with the Snore in BrisVegas

One question in particular must be asked.....Why do we always 'let' the roar play??!!, no matter how crap they been against other teams, they either fire up for us or we have Foxtel Cup flashbacks and back off...BUT...if this had of been last year, they would of cleaned us up, very proud of the way the boys didn't drop their heads.

I'll take a point in the heat against the Snore any day. Especially because we played with a very in-experienced line up due to forced changes. Bernie was on fire in the first half, but faded.....The one of the things that does impress me these days we don't seem the slightest bit fazed if we go down a goal...

Although once again we should have won the game in a comfortable manner if it wasn't for the man in blue....a complete lack of balls by the ref not to send Jade North and Berisha off the field...I wouldn't be surprised if their told NOT to send people off unless its a straight red ( and then the whistle blowers have stuffed  a few of those up).....

The Roar should have ended the first 45 with 10 men and that would have ended any hopes of a victory for them.......BUT...the ref had no nuts and let North get away with murder

Good 1st half by the boys but once again, we should have hammered them and had about 3 in the account by half time.

Negatives of our 2nd half , we were giving Brissy too  much room to move and a ton of possession, they just kept coming at us , at least until the second goal which woke us back up and got us focused again.

Glimpses at the end of the Caceres, Duke, Macca combo gave me hope for the future ( till we sell one or all of them anyway).....Brisbane were lucky, they should have ended the game with 9 men...and had the game gone on another ten minutes, with the way the young guys were linking up, ., we woulda pinched it

NOW...I'm not a 100% sure, but has that looney Berisha seems to have calmed down a smidge.....NAH !..ONCE A NUT JOB, ALWAYS A NUT JOB

BUT I gotta say, if the mad Albanian didn't carry the looney gene, he be a world class player getting a stack of goals a year in any league he played in.

MATTY: 7.0 - what can you say, he was blind for the first goal

DUTCHY: 7.0 - Once again great hit out by Zwaanje

ROSEY: 7.3 - best of the back four on this night better this week than some of his previous

BERNIE: 6.9 - great first half, backed off a bit in the second

HUTCHO: 7.0 - not a bad game from the maltese falcon

OLLY: 7.5 - also not bad till his arm fell off

WEEMAC: 8.0 - the magician struck again

TESCO: 7.0 - a better centre back than a right back, got lost a couple of times

ZAC: 6.9: - had me worried a time or two when he was friggin about with the ball in the area

MACCA : 7.9 - what can I say, when we need a point, more often than not he gets it for us

STERJ : 6.6 - is it just me or has Sterj been getting worse each week, maybe his past it

DOOKS : 7.0 - came on and started sniffing for a goal 

A.C : 7.0 : couple of nice touches 

GRIFFO : Arnie need's to play him more than Sterj
