Firstly, lets get the appreciation about the two Victory goals , that final backheel by Olly was just brilliant and the 2nd around , over and or through the wall goal was just freakish, nobody could of stopped that...

As for us we had good first 20 minutes in both halves and a good last 6-10 minutes....having said that I was having flashbacks to Mossitis with all those huge hoofs of the ball down field that led to absolutely bugger all...i would imagine TW would not have been happy with that ....I'll be honest, I never expected to beat the Melbournians...a draw would of been nice though.....

Friggin shame about Austin-CFW (Coasts Fastest Winger), got his foot banged up bad, but didnt complain UNLIKE the Melbourne captain who whined and bitched for 10 minutes cause someone stood on his foot...and the young debutant done alright, couple of positional misses, but not too foul ...and what can you say about Sim, where is this coming from, Mossy must of had him playing shitty, cause his on fire now, maybe, he must only get paid if he scores or something.....

Caceres, a couple of great moments but he wasted a lot of ball too, but his clearly struggling to find targets to hit....the boys are creating tons of chances, we just need to convert them....Worried now about no Monty next week.

We've been through some gruelling weeks, and having the media repeatedly talk us down, not currently getting results, injuries, poor refereeing decisions ....INSPITE of these things, that I start to feel really positive and proud of what they're doing and where they're aiming.
Im fairly certain that a percentage of the #MOSSOUT brigade are sharpening their knives for a #WalmsleyOut campaign, I have no problem with Walmsley as coach, at least under TW their having a dig....

Under the last manager, I wasn't certain which direction we were heading and what our play would look like when we got there ( and neither did the manager)
Now, we are getting better and I reckon in a few tweeks and maybe one or two good signings and our menacing factor will increase expodentially. ....At the end of the day it's fun watching the Mariners again.

AND I'm sick of the frikkin Fox football call team, the lads were attacking and the commentators were just crapping on about which foreign players Muscat should pick. Then MV get the ball, and Zelic was 'oi, oi, Victory are in attack' and back to talking about the game, Ned Zelic is 145% tool...and the other wank on commentary all he talked about was friggin phonegate....this is unbelievable BUT I actually missed Harper & Hill.....and now for everyone's favourite grumpy marsupial

It was a decent showing....A couple of things i would have done differently.....Ascroft at CB.
Fitz on wing....Heff up front in 442.

Isso 6. One quality save but did poorly on the freekick.
Storm 7. Going forward he is the best fullback in the HAL. His defence needs work but he worked hard last night.
Ascroft 6.5. Pretty good game. He is not a middy Tony so stop wasting your time.
Posco 8. Impressive. Does need to give away less free kicks.
Rose 6.5 Solid
Adelson 4. Overawed.
Monty 8. Another top game.
Caceras 6. Time to shine or face time on the pine.
Fitz 6. Bit of a headless chook but tried hard
