Only a couple of things impressed about the game on Sunday...firstly how good was Micky Neill...Ive been a bit concerned that he is a bit frail but he gave an outstanding knock...Roseys stand by has been found....Poscoliero is getting better, still think his too small for a defender....Triffer s done o.k but seem to run out of ideas.
Cernak spent too much time just standing around rather than moving into space. Makes it sooo easy for defenders....Dukes can't tear us apart again OR buy a goal at the moment. Lots of running, often the wrong way. Some nice touches, but plenty of dodgy ones too. Needs to concentrate on placement, not on power. It's a wide goal - no need to always shoot at the centre where the goalie stands.....Fitzgerald - not his best shift tonight
I do have to ask ...Why is Dukes doing so much defending...he should be down the other end annoying the opposing keeper...right?
I also have a enquiry about Mossys purchases for this season....Did the owner blow the cap money on bulldozers and architects, thus leaving him with only enough to go shopping in the NSWPL?.?
There is a loys of rumopurs going around that Ando and Rosey want out and that its mostly Bosnars fault...we shall see come transfer time.....Crowd nudged just over 6000 on thew weekend...we keep playing like this and that will look brilliant
Perth missed two absolute sitters and Reddy made one great save. Probably a 2 nil loss would have been a true reflection.
Reddy 6. His kicking was very dodgy.
Storm 6. Did ok.
Bosnar 4. I wish his talent was anywhere near his ego.
Posco5. I really don't get what people see in this guy. He has decent pace but that's it. Positionally suspect.
Neill 7. Easily his best game. Still error prone but had a good positive game.
Fitz 6.5. Buzzed about.....at least he has a pulse.
Hutcho 5. Gave away the free kick when they scored. Gave the ball away with gay abadone.
Caceras 6.5 Reasonable.
Trifiro 6. Perhaps flatters to deceive. Butchered a lot of opportunities
Duke 7. Only Mariner with any balls. Left isolated as always and made to do two jobs.
Cernak 6. State league standard but at least he made some effort.

Mane....dangerous. Bit of a headless chook but al least he has a go and creates openings.
Vernes.....looks exciting.
Sim......Made Hutcho look attacking. One moment summed it up for me.. he stood hiding behind a Perth player instead of making a diagonal run. The ball came to him eventually and he played a bad long ball back to storm and we lost possession. Horrible lazy park Football. What is Moss thinking?
Moss 1. The FFA cup has to be the only reason for his selections otherwise he needs a holiday.
Fingers crossed for the FFA cup on Wednesday...then the Reckys are off to the MCFC game...home the boys bring their teeth with 'em
