The Barrel Boys were slightly more alert in the second half..and lets be honest they needed all the lerts they could get ...couple of half decent attempts, Pazz stopped one and old mate from Adelaide banged it off the crossbar....
I swear that second 45 went for 2 bloody hours......Patrick and Zac kept our hopes for the plate alive, Fitzy lifted the team with his energy and skill when he came on, best phone call we ever accepted...and then there was Sterj...... well,at least he can finish....
As for my man of the match....Monty was superb and looked to have been given a bit more freedom by Arnie. so he gets it this week...it was like there was 7 of him.
Zwaanje and young Zacco were the grouse.
Tesco looked good with the ball at his feet.
Olly was great in the first half and the assist for Maccas goal was quality.
Macca and Duke were a handful.
Pazz done good, he is turning into a solid backup for Maty.
Fitzy was brilliant off the bench......he is a totally different player when injected later in the game.
Even Hutch was reasonably solid.
SO to next week, and as much as I hate to say it...roll on the scum and put the Wanderers to the sword...mind you the after game shenanigans between the Bloc and the Squadrunts will lighten up a news day light or otherwise
Its just a shame that, unlike the rest of the footballing world, all the games aint kicking off at the same time...only go's to show, that the people running the game don't,actually, have a clue...OR...Fox Sports are a bunch of twats...one or the other
